PATRIOT ROOFING & REMODELING
CONTINGENCY AGREEMENT
This agreement authorizes Patriot Roofing to interact with the Insurance Carrier on the homeowner's behalf for the purpose of discussing the technical aspects of the insurance claim. By signing below, Homeowner authorizes Patriot Roofing complete all work specified on the Insurance Loss Assessment. The Homeowner acknowledges that the Insurance Loss Assessment will determine the final cost for the project. Homeowner further acknowledges that the total out of pocket expense will NOT exceed the deductible unless there are elective upgrades. Patriot Roofing becomes the contract of choice to complete all repairs as stated on the Insurance Loss Assessment.
